Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.quontumm.com or any services provided by Quontumm, Inc. (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Services
We offer consulting, software development, and digital-products/educational materials. Descriptions of services are available on our website and in any applicable proposal or Statement of Work (“SOW”).

4. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Payment and Billing

• All fees and rates are at our discretion and may change without prior notice.
• Invoices are due 15 days after receipt, with a 10-day grace period.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

6. Third-Party Services
Your use of third-party analytics, payment processors (e.g., Stripe), hosting (e.g., AWS, GCP), and marketing pixels is subject to those providers’ terms.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided by us remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You obtain only the licenses expressly granted in writing.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the services or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or non-payment, without liability.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
